Service Description

This service must be used with our Daycare, Play-care, Stay-care, Boarding or Grooming Services only. Includes: (1) mile or less, door-to-door delivery, updates, water, human interaction, 24/7 contact, Pet Protection, all carriers are background checked for felonies and DUIs. *Please click below to register and we will contact you to complete your service(s).

Cancellation Policy

All Day Care (Including Holidays) must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. All bookings and services must be paid IN FULL at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of scheduled arrival will be credited as a "MUTZ CREDIT" to be used at HMPS at any time for any services. Cancellations made less than 48 hours of scheduled arrival will receive no credit. HMPS does not perform refunds or credit card credits.
